I hread that you can mod. Fable for the PC. Is there other games that can be mod.?

Triz. Use Google. It's your friend. We don't know how to mod every single game, we know how to mod Fable, as well as some people who know how to mod a few other games.

Well odds are the game hasn't been looked at publicly. Anything can be modded, You'll find Fable one of the more difficult games to get your head around.

As always I recommend reading this if you care to venture off on your own modding way. It is decent guide check it out if you have time.

As Silver said, given time and effort, any game can be edited in various ways. Fable was released without any type of tools, so the community had to make them from scratch.

Really? That must have been hard. I got to my hard drive and "OPEN" the disk so I can look at the files, I can click on stuff but it says," OPEN WITH" and then I try to open it with diffrent stuff... What do I open it with and what I'm a suppose to do? Does this happen in Fable.( The game that I'm trying to modd is Freestyle Street Basketball)

That's an online game right? I wouldn't advice you to change the game files, you'll most likely break the game...

Used to be i think but they were taken down long ago by people who made them. Plus a lot of mods on there are unfinished and still being made, some in Beta and Alpha stages.
