Very old, yet interesting article I think.

David is 100% correct the recording companies are just afraid that they'll lose their ability to cash in on the work of others.
If I knew that the money I spend will go 100% to the band making the music I'd gladly pay for the music.

Ahhh, Disturbed. Possibly one of my favourite metal bands of all time. Heck, I remember some five years ago or so when Drak got me hooked on them... ^_^

Anywho I digress... Anyone else notice the mention of a Disturbed documentary that covers metal bands of the 1980's toward the bottom of the article? Sounds interesting...

in history. i remember the first CD i owned from disturbed The Sickness(love it still!)

It is the perfect gaming music for anything violent.
