DLC from launch date

So I finally redeemed my code, but I can't find the extra-game content and I'm not even sure it downloaded. It won't let me redeem the code again, anyone else got the same problem?

I have a similar problem with the code I won (goddamit!). I just got a message saying that it cannot download my content! It's on my previously downloaded content and I can't re-download!

What kind of DLC is it? LCE, preorder, or just store?

Just store .... I guess. Definitely not LCE or preorder.

I don't know about store, but I know that with the LCE and Preorder DLC you have to wait until a certain point in the story for them to be unlocked. Maybe that's the deal here?
