DLC question [regarding books]

So I've started the DLC Traitors Keep and I'm wondering, can I collect all of the books after I do the quests or do I have to gather them during the quests? I don't want to miss out on anything.

u can do it after the quest i some time do it after the quests and when im do it quset 2
