Depends what your current computers specs are and if it would just be cheaper in the long run to buy a new one.

Under F.E.A.R directors edition (it is The Lost Chapters) but needs around the same specs.

That will analyse your PC specs against what the game needs to run correctly and you will get a better idea of how close your PC is to running it or what upgrades you will need. If you are quite far out and have afew things that need upgrading it might just be worth buying a new computer if you want to use it for gaming.

the only thing that seems to be making my game be real slow is the video card is really low,do you know if you can download something for free to increase it or do you have to buy it from a store???

Only things you can get is drivers for it but they mainly fix errors and glitches. Only way to improve your GFX/Video card capabilities is to buy a new one.

Depends what games you want to run and if the other specs of your PC are good enough to run them and its only the GFX/Video card you need to upgrade and how good you want it to be.
