Does chicken make house cost more?

I have heard that if you can manage to kick a chicken into a house that you own and get it upstairs, that you will be able to sell the house for more money? Is this true?

I heard it from kid at school, but ya i tried it and it doesn't work...but its fun to have pet chickens in the attic.

I just regret not being able to stuff em, or better yet eat them.
It would be cool if you could capture chickens, own them, then have them make crunchy chicks. lol

Now that would actually be kind of cool...or to be able to grow fruit and vegetables in a garden.
