Dog Glitch PLEASE HELP

so i chose to get my dog back, and now he cant find treasures, since he has a (quest) sign over his head, and cant get rid of it.. please help

Hmm I had that happen to me too..I think you have to finish whatever quest you are on then it'll return to normal.

I had same problem but i had alredy finished the quest but my dog still had the indicator so i had to start a new game

It's not a quest, Lemme guess does it invole, Reaver, Bloodstone or Wrathmarsh? Becuase this happens when you accept the Evil in Wraithmarsh quest. It's not a glitch

By finishing the quest I would assume.
