Dollcatcher, Ruler of Albion and Gargoyle

Hey there guys! i'm new to these forums (as you can see) and i would really like to get these three achievements if anyone can help :wacko:

*also if anyone could get the property magnate or party animal chievement would be grateful for them too*
**i can give items money (even though it is worth very little) for any/all of these achievements**
***i would also love the completionist achievement as i can't get it without your help!!***

lol, 3 hours might not help, :wacko: if you get on in 5-7 hours that would be perfect
