i married eve the aristocrat (the not fat one) and got alot of money... do anyother npc's give you money when you marry them... which ones give the most..

U get the dowry from everyone u marry how much u get depends on what class they are if marry a poor person u dont get hardly anything if u marry richer u get more...

Marry the aristocrats, then kill 'em, they're not much good for anything else. they're usually quite pompous and cowardly, can't do anything for themselves, no good as a spouse and probably suck at raising your child
