The movie looks almost as bad as The Village. If it Weren't for lazers and guns it would be worse. Also, It Isn't Dragonball Z, It's a Dragonball movie.

Its terrible... absolutely 100% the biggest pile of crap ive ever ever seen and im a DBZ fan.

Heres my comment on it from the Devil May Cry Forums about 10 mins after seeing it.

I didnt mind that actually, at least they stuck with a decent amount of the original material. Hell at least you could tell who the characters were meant to be. Do these characters look anything like they should in the DB movie? Simple answer would be no, full answer would be... What The Hell Were They Thinking!?

Dragonball Z was the only one I liked..
When Piccolo was evil,
Goku wasn't dead,
Vegeta was a complete evil badass,
and when it took 8 episodes for Frieza to die.

Im not a DBZ fan, but even I could tell that that movie looked crap. I dont even watch DBZ (although I intend to soon) and it didnt even look right to me! and thats just from the TV ads. looks terrible, and apparently I was right. movies are sutch crap nowadays. I dont go to movies honestly, unless Im with friends and they really want to go. but I dont otherwise.

It sucks when they take something made of gold, and turn it to sh!te. I'm not sure if anyone here is into Initial D, but has anyone seen that live action movie? I rate it quite highly, the story is quite close to the original anime, with a few slight differences. the only thing i though was crap, was it's in Cantonese instead of Japanese, but Hongkywood, pulled it of pretty well! (Hongkywood, like holly or bolly)
