The 480MB demo for Dragon Ball Z: Burst Limit is now available for download, on Xbox Live. Enter the ring and play as either Goku or Yamcha in single-player mode. The full game is set to release on June 10th, 2008. For both the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3, after having played the demo myself not too long ago, the impressive cell-shaded graphics have really brought the Anime-to-Game transition to life. With fast-paced action, and real-time cut-scenes that mirror the show are very pleasing for a fan of Dragon Ball Z. The controls are simple with an easy pickup-and-play button layout, but the combos will take awhile to master.

I will be checking this out, been waiting for a current gen DBZ game for ages. Hope its on the European Marketplace too.

Yamcha..? Slightly random.

Im guessing they know everyone will want to play as Goku (though id prefer Vegeta obviously) and they just picked another at random as to not give away another good character.

Yamcha is cool and all, but he's never been very strong in any of the games. Maybe they buffed him up.:)

Nah he will suck just like he does in the show and be a waste of space. They know people wont use him in the game so used him for the demo instead. Goku had to be used otherwise people would have felt ripped off.

Yeah I know what you mean. They could have used a slightly more popular character like Krillin though.

He was merely cannon fodder too but did have one good move the Destructo Disc. They just dont want people learning all the combos for too many of the popular characters before its release i bet.

it looks weird. everyone has mad hair and looks cross all the time.

The controls are pretty awkward to get used to after playing them on the PS2 for so long and the configs being changed around.
