Dragon form

What exactly is dragon form? I've heard it around alot but I don't understand/know what it is/what to trigger it. Could someone tell me?

It is Jack Of Blades second form (His soul possesses a Dragon) and you have to kill him then, if that isn't it, its a mod to use the beserk spell to change you into a miniature version of that dragon (I dont know if thats true, but there are many mods that make the beserk spell turn you into balverines and stuff... also it could be a mod to let summon bring forth a dragon...)

well he basically summed it all up. All i can tell you is its the last quest in the story missions in fable the lost chapters. if you own regular fable an dnot lost chapter, you shouldnt be here and should go home. But the dragon is pretty easy, jus wear platemail armour or archons battle armour, use a legendary wepon like aeons, avos tear, solus, or bearaver. Bring lots of health potions, ressurect potions and ur good to go. ( range and magic dont work well on this dragon)

Do you mean ranged weapons? if so ranged weapons are the best to use on this boss. lol i killed the dragon in 6 hits with my skorms bow and the magic spell called multi arrow.
