Dragon Soul Sword

i am playing fable tlc. im hearin all about this dragon soul sword and i want it. ive looked around for info on it n i keep seeing that u have to talk to a shop keeper in bowerstone north before anyone else during the lady grey quest. i already past that quest n was wondering if i could still get it
