I think the grave is next to Peter's. The snow spire graves are in like a hidden place kinda also. Here's a shot incase you can't find them & also for future refrence:

Its the BAS (Big A$$ Sword) and you can only get it through modding. Which I am still yet yo discover how to do *cough**cough*Sephiroxas.sucksatexplaining*cough**cough*
