Driftwood quests

I was wondering when I am able to unlock those and the restoration quest or what quest I need to do to activate them.

You need to first pay to have the bridge restored in millfields. You can then get to the driftwood zone, and as you complete each quest, over time the new ones will unlock at certain stages in the game. I think the final one is giftwood for driftwood.

You need to do the Restoration quest that involves paying someone to get the bridge in Millfields fixed. This quest is available able you have access to Millfields. Return shortly afterwards to find the bridge fixed. Go down the bridge and pass through the area beyond it and into Driftwood. Once in Driftwood, meet a guy that's standing on the beach. He'll give you a quest to kill some hobbes. From there on, the quests will appear in you rquest list.
