yeah there are alot of things games wewd be kewler if they had but developers must focus on making a few awesome abilities rather than 20 crappy ones.
Also if there were duals it wewd be gehy like each dual weapon put together wewd equl one sledge hammer eghr sumthing like that.

Well they could make dual wielding faster but deal out less damage. Easy problem to fix.

idk it wewd be scetchy for sure in fable
I remember watching the first trailer seeing the cape and the new monster and was so excited but i guess capes are very hard to make in game because of the movement and that stuff.

There is an armour piece which does have a... let's call "unique" cape, which is the Ranger Chestpiece. ^_^ I wouldn't call it a cape, but still, it looks like one!
