I proposed to elise..she says yes...screen cut to map but no wedding venues. I restarted it...same...proposed 4 times..she always says yes but no wedding menu..whaddup?

What ring are you using to propose to her & do you own a house? I heard that one of the wedding rings is glitched so maybe sell any you have a buy some new ones. If you dont own a house then the wedding wont work.
