im just wondering if i can still do the cold comfort farmer/red harvest quests and get the enforcer. i havent started either yet and ive already gone through the spire. any help would be appreciated...and if u do help...

At the center of Brightwood is a small farm, though it has grown quite a bit if you've finished the Cold Comfort Farmer quest. This is Giles' Farm, and if you are evil you can simply kill Giles in the Red Harvest quest (or you simply ignore the quest before going to the spire) and dig in his grave after the Spire to find his portcullis key. You can also do the Cold Comfort Farmer and Blind Date quests and buy his house to obtain the portcullis key.

In Giles' Farm Cellar, there is a small dungeon full of Hollow Men and small corridors. If you manage to fight your way through the Hollow Men and solve all the puzzles, you will reach a large room where your dog can lead you to a dig spot. Dig where he tells you to and the Enforcer is yours.

^ yes it is. whatever, the easiest thing is to not help him and just dig up the key from his grave. or if you want a giant farm and a nice area not filled with hollow men, i recommend doing the quest. afterwards, you are able buy and rent out the farm once you do his second mission for his son and obtain the key in the upstairs closet.

*also, the dog has to be a 4 or 5 star treasure hunter to be able to dig the weapon up
