Escaped Prisoner bug?

I'm doing the Escaped Prisoner quest for a third time, but this time the glowing trail keeps sending me to the Brightwall Academy. Which would be fine, except once I get in the Academy it keeps sending me back outside.

I think this is a bug because I have no idea how I'm supposed to find the criminal without the trail.

The glowing trail randomly bugs out. They need to patch it. You can switch to another quest and back to usually fix this. Sometimes if ppl are up by the chicken races, it accidentally points u to the academy

In addition the trail is VERY buggy and not reliable about 25% of the time. The game needs some serious patching for that, fixing co op, and a ton of other things
