Evil characters and quests?

This question is in regards to certain quests that crop up that an evil character might not do and possible effects of these. If assassination/civilian displacement jobs are related to suffering then you wouldn't want to develope any of the areas.

I know not giving the warrants to the guard and not investing in westcliff works. And there are major quests for Giles farm and the town of oakfield but what about the graveyard? Should you destroy the hollowmen or let them terrorize? Does this effect anything?

No, this doesn't. The things that affect are the quests that you do when you're a child, afterwards all the quests you leave when you go to the spire.

If you ignore the quests and just head to the spire, most of Albion will fall corrupt and wasted, with less people following the light and more bandits and misery around the world.

However, there aren't many other things that change the world. You could try to raid every town often, this would make the town poorer. You could also swap good furniture with bad furniture on the homes you have (beware, this will low the rent)

No, jobs wont affect too much as your own personal raids and killing. Though they are good way to change (lightly) the economy of a place and the population. When you kill a NPC this NPC is replaced by a new one, with a different personality, name but it keeps the same role!

There's a lot to do in Fable II
