Expression Glitches

I was able to earn both laugh and apologize in one shot. However, I can't seem to figure out how to use the apologize expression. I am not sure if it is one that shows up in the D-pad. Also I have all the dog tricks, and when you pull up the expression wheel and go to dog, I have a slot that is empty upper left, and sometimes it will say treats.

Have all the expressions that I know of, but I thought one would get an achievement for getting all expressions.

Apologize can only be used after you commit a crime. You need to buy dog treats for that to be used. List your expressions and then we'll see if you have all of them.
