ok heres the deal i played heros tale(got all 3 items) and i log in and start the game then i go to the guild, open the chest nd the message pops up again help!

Its glitched for everyone. Lionhead may decide to fix it, or just take down the puppet game. Shame, cause I thought it was a neat little feature and wasn't able to get in on it either.
I've gotten the contents of that chest, albeit quite a while ago. It's nothing exciting really, just a Lionhead tattoo for body and face and a full set of the chicken suit... which you can get through other means in the game. I don't think there were anything else in the chest, but like I said it was some time ago I opened it, and I couldn't reopen it after.
you could also get 500 gold from the start if you played the extras chicken kickin', and a hero doll from the story
