Unfortunaly it's not Fable 2 and not new . Peter Molyneux was just demonstrating the combat system.But it's believed that there are some insights into how things will work in Fable 2. +rep for posting anyway

Both are correct, it was said that footage WAS NOT Fable 2 and just an example of what sort of combat Peter Molyneux wants in games and a new idea they are working on.
