I know i'm not the only one who thinks so.

Spoiler

Demon Doors.
After spending a lot of time actually completing the game to keep everything you need to open all the doors, you get 50K..

The Ending.
The choices are:
A Statue
A Dog (Which you can get back anyway)
1M

Gargoyles.
A legendary crossbow. It's not difficult to get and with the damage it's Ok but everyone uses the Red Dragon anyway.

I mean, did they think that money was going to be difficult? I get like 15K income.

There not that bad and you cant get your dog back unless you have DLC

Money was uspposed ot be difficult in this game, molyneux said that's why they put jobs in. Even without the glitches, money is so easy through trading. Only real way to fix it is make traders have a limited amnount of buying money like in morrowind,a nd even then people would just sleep 24 hours so the money would restock

True enough. I can clock a fair profit from trading in weapons, and your unrealistically high pay as a 5-star bartender is shocking. I tried to justify it by regarding every pint as representative of a period of time, and your multiplier being the number you can effectively serve in a period of time.

Wealth was pure BS though. Hell, give us 3mil, or actual infinite spending power. That'd be totally worth losing your dog.

Furthermore the statue they make of you? It's so overpoweringly lame. It's you wearing whatever you had on when you killed Lucien doing the heroic pose on a really tall plinth.
I was hoping for something epic, and I felt underwhelmed.

Ugh... Then 50k for the FINAL demon door that Jack of Blades, Maze, and Scythe couldn't open. Seriously. 50k.
I remember in TLC you got some amazing **** for 50 silver key chests. I mean, a wicked cool sword and a chrome suit of platemail.
What did they do in this game to up the ante and make it worth all that searching?

Like Hexan has stated it was suppose to be super hard to get money, but if you want to be King or Queen, it takes a little help from friends. Besides I am really lousy with the jobs.

i love the game and there are some huge improvements on number 1, but all rewards do suck, ie:

majority of demon doors have poor items (i think one demon door has like 2 potions in it, thats pathetic
legendary weapons are crap. its true. people say their mediocre damage is compensated by good augments, but its not, coz u can get a master katana and stick on like a lucky charm or ghoul augment or something
monetary rewards are bad too, getting 15k every 5 minutes is easy to acheive (i hav all properties on -25% and i still get about 14k), plus buying and selling weapons gets u loads of money, so you'd expect to get like 100k for major quests n stuff

all in all, the special content given to a hero is of bad quality but too easy to find

I doubt lionhead thought you'd be able to buy every house on the game, or have enough patience to anyway. They obviously didn't plan for the money glitch. So make do with it.

i dont use the money glitch, i dont cheat and my current game has 9million gold, pretty much enough to keep me going

if u keep buying houses whenever you have money its easy to be rich without cheating

When I get XBL, I'm gonna trade a lot
