Fable 2 Theme Transition

Hi all,

Just a quick post to let everyone know that I'm currently in the process of updating the site to reflect a more appropriate Fable 2 theme. I don't plan of making a massive amount of changes at the moment (about the only substantial one so far is the new homepage and forum logo) as I'm saving the majority of changes for the new template, which I'm still working on and will be launching nearer to the launch of Fable 2.

Just thought I'd keep everyone up to speed. Cheers!

This will be interesting, one question though. Will the process of you changing the looks interfere w/ the posting and will it change the format of how things are placed?

My first thought is to have Sephi design the logo if she wants too. I bet she would create an awesome one

This will be interesting, one question though. Will the process of you changing the looks interfere w/ the posting and will it change the format of how things are placed?

The changes will be minor but significant for the forums and there should be no interference whatsoever with the posting or how things are placed. The new changes are to make sure that we stay at the top of the search engines by being as relevant as possible and also being ready to coincide with the release of Fable 2 when it happens.

There won't be the problem we had moving servers with posts missing or anything, so don't worry ^_^

Pretty much covered by Angel. But just to add to what was said - pretty much all of the changes will be made to the core mechanics behind the site. It is extremely unlikely that anyone will notice some of the minute alterations I'll be making... but they'll be there... :ninja:
