So,

I've been doing my perfect save game in Fable 2 for the upcoming Fable 3. However, I did use the sex change potion twice (someone was kind enough to trade it with me after making a drastic change, to female. Wanted to be male again). And for some reason, the characters keep saying "Oh, didn't you use to be a woman?!". It's rather extremely annoying.

So, I was wondering, once imported, is there a chance of having the same issue in-game in Fable 3? I know it's only choices and whatnot, but I want to be completely certain. If it does have a chance of Fable 3's gameplay being affected, I'll have to re-do my savegame.

from wut i've heard
the save import only changes how u get talked about by the villagers
or civies

like in a bad way or good way

cuz of how your fable 2 hero was
like if he was mean or good

Hmmmm, that is interesting, but I reckon it'll be fine. You see, the game has a tendency to keep history even after that history has been changed, for instance, you could kill someone, then go extremely good morality, and people would still be running away from you shouting you're evil and stuff.

If you don't wanna risk it, I'd replay. It's only Fable, after all :P

That's exactly what I'm talking about. I'm afraid the villagers will approach me in a different way than they should.

Exactly the problem I'm worried about indeed.

The only thing keeping me from doubting whether to redo it or not would be the shortage of spare time to play games, and the Highrollers' Coat that I obtained recently. Haha.

Haha, I see your problem. I'm sure someone could help you transfer the HRC to another profile, but aside for the time, I don't think we can help you there :P

You could keep that file, then start a new one. That way, if you don't finish it in time, you still have the other one, but if you finish it, and the gender is messed up, you'll have another one ready.

I can't imagine this will be a problem. What are villagers going to say, "Hey, your grandma/pa used to be a dude/gal, HAHA"? I doubt it'll remember that minor tidbit of information.

I think most of you are overestimating the power of the import.
