Fable 3 Limited Edition CONTROLLER

I've heard if you pre-order the Fable 3 hand-painted controller, you recieve a unique code for a in-game weapon or outfit, or some other form of content?

Anyone else heard anything about this?

I don't remember exactly what it was but I believe it was a tattoo or something. I'm probably wrong about that but I know the book gives you a weapon called "Wolfsbane" or some jazz like that.

Edit - Yes, it is indeed a tattoo that you get for getting that controller.

You don't have to pre-order the controller, it comes out on October 5th so you can pick one up then. I just wish I had $60... I'd get that controller just for that sweet golden design. I don't really care about the tattoo.

Yep. I don't know why and I don't really care either. I just hope I can somehow manage to get one before they're all gone. I'd also like to get the book but I doubt I can afford that too.

By the way, I heard the first DLC for Fable III is going to be free.

It comes with the controller itself so no pre-order necessary. However, you will need to pre-order the book in order to get the code to get the weapon.

There's not much work that needs to go into making a controller that already exists, but with a different design on it.

Your wrong about the Wolfsbane is a weapon you get with the LE. It is unconfrimed what weapon it will be.

Personally, it's not worth it just to get that extra tattoo. However, if you're in dire need of a spare controller and you thoroughly enjoy the design, I would say it is worth it. I'd love to get it but I'm not going to blow $60 on a controller when I'd much rather get a new game for less money.

I'm confused about the book...What does it do and what does it give you, and is it WORTH it? Also, with the controller, what does the tattoo look like, because with the people I pre-ordered with I'm getting a free tattoo.

The book gives you a weapon and the controller gives you a tattoo regardless of where you preordered from. I was under the impression that you got it with the product not by preordering it.

I'm not sure... There isn't all that much information on it but apparently it's supposed to be a weapon that has already been revealed in a demo. Forgot the source but I remember reading something about it.
