Fable 3 Trading Morphed Weapons

if uve morphed your weapon uniquely and traded it to someone through live, will it start changing based on what they do or stay the way u made it? for example if they used it a lot for either good or evil will it become more good or evil or will it stay the way u made it so u can have a variety of morphed weapons?

Re: Fable 3 Trading Morphed Weapons

Good question but i have no clue :L i think it should stay the same tho would be a bit stupid if you brought a unique weapon then it morphed to one you already have

Re: Fable 3 Trading Morphed Weapons

Weapons can change after being traded.

Re: Fable 3 Trading Morphed Weapons

Whats the point then?

Re: Fable 3 Trading Morphed Weapons

The point of what? Creating morphed weapons? Trading them?

Re: Fable 3 Trading Morphed Weapons

Okay, if I buy someones weapon because it looks badass or whatever, I don't want it to change shapes and colors because I like to kill something different. If thats the way it was most weapons would end up looking the same.

Re: Fable 3 Trading Morphed Weapons

^You could just use that weapon in such a way that it would stay the same, and if you want to do something different, just pull out a different weapon.

Re: Fable 3 Trading Morphed Weapons

Meh... that would mean pausing and taking the time to switch weapons everytime a different monster jumps out of a bush or something.. (To much changing weaps..)

Re: Fable 3 Trading Morphed Weapons

I guess it wouldn't be the worst thing. If I wanted to morph a weapon I'd do it myself anyway, even if it didn't change when bought off some1

Re: Fable 3 Trading Morphed Weapons

i think the point of it is to collect weapons, since they will each have our gamertag on the weapon, they are just as valuable as a legendary weapon in my opinion.

although there should be some option to freeze the state of the weapon.

since people will also want to complete as many quests as possible, involving fighting different enemies, i would want choose an option to freeze my weapon during like a hobbe quest so it doesn't affect my weapon appearance.

Re: Fable 3 Trading Morphed Weapons

Hope you can lock the weapons then, sorta pause their mophing phase so they'll stay the same.

Re: Fable 3 Trading Morphed Weapons

^I was going to say the same thing. There might be a way to turn off the morphing feature once you are satisfied with how your weapon looks? That would be a good thing for them to add.

Re: Fable 3 Trading Morphed Weapons

yes, if so, then trading weps would be quite a good way to customize characters without affecting morality.

Re: Fable 3 Trading Morphed Weapons

^Ya, so if someone wanted to be good but loved how an evil weapon looked, they could have it without sacrificing their morals or beliefs.

Re: Fable 3 Trading Morphed Weapons

I think that he made it that way so that you could see what your weapon has turned into incase you ever get it back, or matbe you can track it, so it'd be like a guitar passed from generation to genetration, it would change over time, and with different usage, it would take an even more customized form.

Re: Fable 3 Trading Morphed Weapons

Yes but hopefully there is still an option to pause morphing so u could have it both ways

Re: Fable 3 Trading Morphed Weapons

tracking your weapons seems like an awesome idea in my opinion, i would love to trade away one of my weps and see it evolve from person to person, then be able to know who has my wep, then ask for it back.
it would be even more cool if staff members tried to collect as many player weps as possible, and just knowing your wep is owned by a staff member would be great, especially if they use it...
