I went to the wheel of fortune and press on it to do it and It didn't start put now im stuck in there because I cant teleport anywhere bec it says im still in a quest
 
I've had this glitch as well. It seems to be fairly common. As long as you don't save while you're inside that room, you'll be fine. You just have to go to the dashboard or restart your Xbox, then start the game back up. If you did save in there, that character is pretty much lost forever.
