Fable Explorer help plz!

Ok, so I just downloaded FE but i try to open it, I extracted the files but an error message comes up and says that something doesnt have the right version of sumthing:wacko: so if I could get some help/tips I would be really greatful!

You need a .NET framework: v2.0.50727

Fable Explorer requires a number of things to be properly setup on the user’s computer:

1. DirectX 9.0c installed
2. .NET Framework 2.0 installed
3. Graphics Card supporting 16bit W-Depth Buffering

If you have problems running Fable Explorer make sure your computer meets these requirements before asking for help.

Download details: .NET Framework Version 2.0 Redistributable Package (x86)

yah I downloaded the directX thing but it said I dont have administrative privliges.....

Than that means you don't have access to your computer. Are there other people who use it?
