fable explorer help..

Hi im new to the modding games thing and the forum but i got fable explorer and Albion explorer last night and neither of them run i searched for a few hours and tried different things but they arnt working fable exploer just gose to the banner thing and wont load anything its sapose to i even let it run all night becuse one of the threds on the site i got it from said to let it run for a bit any ideas on what i can do to fix this?

try reinstalling it, and make sure your system meets the requirements

my system dose meet the requierments i made sure of that i havent tryed reinstaling fable tho FE i have a few times and the place i got it had another file under it def.xml but idk where to put that

def.xml said it wouldnt work with out that but idk where that gose or what to open it with wont work with winrar and i havent tryed reinstalling fable as for the FE i have but my system should meet requirements:wacko:

im not on vista but i found something that might be wrong the def.xml file is something i didnt get becuse i dont know where its sapose to be downloaded to/put
