Fable II Achievement Guide
Well I've seen alout of people that don't understand how to get some of the achievements. So here is a guide, hope I helped, I have picked out the ones that I think can get confusing. Most of the other achievements are explained very well on ure achievement list.

The Property Magnate - 10 points

Quite a tough one but easy if you're patient. You can do this with the house your family lives in, if married. The main ways to drive up the price of the house is to improve the house and improve the economy of the town. You can improve the house by replacing all the furniture with Luxury furniture and improve the economy by spending lots of money in that town and not stealing.

Another way of doing this is killing EVERYONE in a particular town, which will drive the house prices down. Buy a house then leave. Come back later and do community service to the guards (or pay the fine if you can afford it) to erase your crimes, then start spending money in the town again. This will see the value of your house quickly reach double what you paid for it.

The Gambler - 10 points

Play all the games once, then play fortune tower. Bet alout of coins then keep playing. It will take some time but eventually you will get it (sorry it's hard to explain it)

The Black Knight - 5 points

There are plenty of Hollow Men to kill throughout the game and you're forced to fight them in The Crucible, so don't worry about missing out on these enemies. You also fight them when you meet Sister Hannah for the first time but you're under pressure to kill them quickly there, so it's better to wait for The Crucible. Hollow Men are the zombie like creatures with glowing eyes, in case you're wondering.

Unlock the ability to aim by boosting your Skill Accuracy to level 3 (which allows you to target individual body parts), then shoot a Hollow Man's weapon, head and finish him off for the achievement. Hollow Men nearly always attack in groups, so kill the whole group bar the last one you want to get the achievement on. Basically pull the analog trigger to there weapons and head, when you have the ability.

The Duelist - 5 points

Okay this is a bit hard to explain so bear with me. Take out a slow weapon, I recomend a hammer. Then swing it. But while you swing it hit the attack button again before the hit is over so like somewhere in between the hit press the attack button again, It will take some practice but you will see blue slashes if you are doing it right.

The Ruler of Albion - 100 points

The first hefty achievement points wise, it takes a while to build up. You need to buy houses and rent them out as well as buying stalls and stands. It's a strange achievement in that it gets easier as you accrue more health, because you can buy more houses, stalls, business and so on. You need to rake in 2.5 million so if you aren't worried about being corrupt, jack up the rent and the prices you sell goods for at the stalls. Make sure you buy the pubs, as these are expensive but very good sources of income.

The Goth - 5 points (my fav achievement ^_^)

Dye your hair black, wear black clothes and black make-up for this achievement. You can get black make-up at any stylist while you need black dye to change your hair colour. You can also apply the dye to your clothes, so do so for the achievement.

The Celebrity - 50 points

Reaching the necessary 50,000 renown takes ages but get in the habit of showing off your trophy whenever you enter a village and take up any missions that offer renown as a bonus. Also commission the statue-maker in Oakfield to make some statues of you. Some of the story missions require you to have a certain level of renown anyway, so you won't be going out of your way by doing this.

The Party Animal - 10 points

Get 5 villagers drunk under 3 minutes. Go buy as much beer as you can from any tavern. Then get 5 people to follow you. Give each of them 3 to 4 beers. There you go you have the achievement.
