Fable II DLC

Hi. I downloaded the premium version of both of the Fable II DLC packs but they won't work. At the moment I have no conection to Xbox Live (I plugged the ethernet leading to my modem into my Xbox so I could download some demos and stuff for my games). Do you need to be connected to Xbox Live to actually play the DLC packs? On the main menu I saw something saying downloadable content and when I clicked on it, it said that I must join Xbox live to get the DLC packs. I definetley have them because they are on my harddrive. Thanks :) (The quests don't even appear on my log).

Did you download it to one of your accounts, and to play it, you changed it?

Are you sure the download's aren't corrupted?
