Fable II economics (how long it takes to make a profit on your investment)

Firstly, some stats used here are approximate. (I wrote approx. next to most that apply to this)
Second, some short hand: => means therefore, cm means cash minutes (time taken to get cash, ie 5 minutes), g means gold, g/cm means gold per cash minutes (gold per 5 minutes)
Third, VERY IMPORTANT, all my rent rates are set to -20/-25% as I like the pure rating. Statistics will differ greatly for those who charge different rates.

Time i stopped playing Fable 2: 00:00
Cash at this time: 1,828,597

Time I started playing again: 13:00
Cash: 1970713

Time difference: 13 hours

Cash difference: 142,116

13 hrs = 156 cash minutes
142116 / 156 = 911
=> 911 g/cm during standby

Normal g/cm = 11843
11843/911 = 13
=> g/cm during standby = 1/13th of g/cm during play

Takes approx. 500 minutes to earn the money a building costs (when at -20% or -25%)
500 x 13 = 6500
6500 / 60 = 108.33

Therefore, 108 hrs of standby will get all your investment back. Alternatively, play for 8 hours straight.

NB if there are threads out there just like this, i apologize for wasting your time :D
