Fable II Online feature guess
I was just thinking about what the "Special Online Feature" might be and I pictured you and a friend both going into a pub and sitting down to play card pairs or whatnot. Then when the game is over you're both still in the Fable world.
So that the game is co-op until you get to a mini game. Plus these same mini games would be available on XBL, as has been indicated, so you could go to a pub in Bowerstone and play against someone playing the XBL game. The next step is playing mini games against people who are also playing the mini game in their game of Fable II.
