Fable II team is still working

The Fable team is still working. On what, I cannot say but it's bound to be announced at some stage in the future. You might also have noticed we're hiring like crazy at Lionhead so if you know someone with the right skills who's looking for a job, please refer them. You could end up with a friend who's working on the next big thing to come out of our studio!

Nice find, Man It's good to here Lionhead hasn't given up. I was afraid that we would be seeing Black and White again.... omg we don't need to bring that back :\

I quite enjoyed black & White 2... Never played the 1st but it sounds okay...

I hated the 1st one really, The 2nd did improve alout But I don't want to see it on a 360. They need to make a new series besides Fable and Black and White in my opinion.

Something new from lionhead would be good, I learnt my lesson with Bethesda... I was so ****ed off that they weren't working on Elder Scrolls 5 yet... until I played Fallout 3 and realised the error of my ways. But of course, I'd want them to go fable-newgame-fable-newgame, like bethesda generally seem to. and ditto it must be an rpg.

Yes its great to hear that they are working on hopefully continuing the fable legacy. And I do agree that they should make a new series and it definetly has to be an RPG

That's... insane. I'm jsut seeing something like Link's Crossbow Training -_-. Imagine if the next Fabel game had decent stealth, or at least Oblivion/Fallout level... that would be so, so godly.

I mean when Fable went to Fable 2, WTF went wrong? Where is stealth, Picklocks, Shield Spell, Multi Hit Spell, Multi Arrow spell... What happened to setting the expressions you want instead of getting random ones. There are many more things that were gone that made Fable 1 awesome.

Also why did they mess up the assassin costume.. compare it from fable 1 to 2, In fable 1 you looked like a real assassin, now it makes you look like a fat teenage mutant ninja turtle painted black.

The Assassin#s trousers are black highwaymen trousers. The gloves are black carriage gloves. I loved the original gloves the only good thing is the coat, which was there fo rhte beginning. Don't you think a mouth-mask-scarf thing would be awesome? the hero wore one in cutscenes int he original but there wasn't one. It looked liek you were wearing the original assassion shirt underneath armour (which wasn't possible of course)
I want that mask.

We didn't have that many places to put expressions, I think they did a good job, on that. I do miss multi-arrow, I used that a lot.

I think they took that out because multi-bullet would be like a machien gun, which would be gay. Fable 2 is pretty anachronistic as it is. They should have had a unique crossbow with that effect though...

I would want a mouth - mask scarf, I would think that would be awesome. Also when you run it have a flying like animation in the back. Kinda like in Ninja Gaiden, I would think that would be epic. Or you can Toggle it to have the back part of the scarf or not. :lol:

Ooh, that is EXACTLY what I want. I just have a thing for lower face masks, even in real life. i NEED one.

I use my legendary crossbow a lot, but it's very slow compared to my Red Dragon. It should be faster, it gives me health.
