Fable III: Infinite Money/Gold/Gift Glitch​

Similar to Fallout: New Vegas’ Infinite Bottle Cap Glitch, Lionhead’s Fable III also has a glitch that allows player to exploit an infinite amount of gold through the game.​

Performing the glitch in Fable III is pretty simple. What it requires is just an additional controller for someone to jump in to the main character’s game. Follow the simple direction and players can have an infinite amount of money (999,999,999) and gifts in Fable III.​

As of this writing, the glitch still works. We will update you when Microsoft patches this glitch.​

Infinite Money / Gift Glitch​

1. Have the Controller 1 load the game​

2. Start up Controller 2 and log in to any offline profile​

3. Have Controller 2 jump into the game by pressing the Start button​

4. Switch to the Controller 1 and approach Controller 2′s character​

5. Press LB to send Controller 2 gifts. Controller 1 will teleport automatically to the Sanctuary​

6. To the main character’s right, there should be a blue bag.​

7. Give all of the Controller 1′s money to the blue bag and go back to the main game​

8. Switch to controller 2 and go to the Sanctuary by pressing the Start Button​

9. Have controller 2 approach the gifts given by controller 1​

10. When controller checks the gift, REJECT IT​

11. Go Back to the Game and Leave by pressing the DOWN D-Pad while facing Controller 1​

12. Press Start again to go back​

13. Switch to Controller 1 and check the gifts pedestal given by the controller 2​

14. Repeat Steps 4-13​

Please remember not to exceed 999,999,999 Gold as the game will freeze.​

Well if you can gift gold via orb, thats how I do it in Fable 2, so I imagine it to be the same. So I don't see why they'd change it for fable 3 gifting gold is a core thing for orbs, plus safer than this freezing malarkey. But I didn't expect the see exploits this early cheers froggy.

so this is also a item/weapon duplication glitch?
should make it easier to get all legendary items, but hermit may become tired of having to keep duplicating every item, then having to select 26-50 weps each time just for one person each.

I found out that once Player 2 gets the gift and rejects it, they can drop out, drop back in and the present will be back there so just reject it again and keep doing it until you want Player 1 to send a bigger amount to Player 2.

I'm going to go ahead and second what Hhate said up there, Apollo. Last night I duped 8 million gold thanks to froggeh's revelation. Unfortunatly, I wanted to marry my real life fiance and she called me a cheater and told me she didn't want us to have all that gold, so I am keeping it on a non-xbox Live subscription account, which means I would have to do some transfering. Shouldn't take long though. And if you want, I can spend the extra amt of time to get that 999,999,999. It'd take a couple hours prolly... but if you REEEAAALLY want to do it, I'm game for that reaver code...

Necro'd, I know, but it's different.

Winning the lottery is entirely dependent on chance. Exploitation like this says something about someone's personality, and that they're more about doing things in a circumventive manner for the sake of comfort.

It -is- just a game, but some people take particular interest in the "RP" of "RPG"
