Most who've taken a look at Fable Lore would know three came from the Void, Jack of Blades, Knight of Blades and the Queen of Blades. Is it reasonable to think that there may be a King of Blades waiting in the Void for an opening to enter Albion to take revenge on those who've taken his wife from him? Maybe it'd be an entity of the three's souls combined.
In Fable IV, do you think that a cataclysmic event will happen allowing the Void to open once again delievering a foreign army and a king to Albion. Since the battle with the Queen of Blades made mountains and William's will literally changed the face of Albion, maybe fighting the King of Blades would let you reshape Albion into your own image finally giving players a real sense of choice.
