Could someone mod a Pc account with only content already in game like for example full attributes full youth legendary weapons and non playable armour sets then upload the savefile and would it run on my Xbox if I configured a usb and downloaded it.
Or could I make a savefile on my usb upload it on my computer and mod it myself?
