Fable Poem. [First Attempt]
The Hero was adored by all,
But People saw that he began to fall,
His thirst for power turned to hate,
Bringing the innocent to their fate,
He had a reason to kill and fight,
But it wasn't for the path to light,
corruption begun to take it's place,
Now evil is his fate..
He was beloved and famed,
But lives lost now and he was blamed,
He watched the villagers cries and pain,
He took it in as a Twisted game,
Taking his sword towards one's head
Then laughing it up as they lay dead.
This was my first attempt at a Fable poem so go easy at me, Since I'm usually placed into the sad poetry category, but I wanted to give this a try.
