Fable Wont Start On My Laptop

Hi i have been playing fable TLC for about a week on my desktop, and decided it was really good and i want to play it on my laptop. So i installed it and tried to start the game but when i do all i get is a black screen and no game ever loads. I have a pentium M 1.86ghz processor, 2GB's of ram, and a 256mb Quadro FX GO1400 graphics card, in my dell latitude D810. My desktop is only half of these spec's and it plays great with a radion 9200 128mb card. Please tell me what i'm doing wrong or if there are any settings i can change to fix this problem.

tell me about it, i have tried everything the only thing i think it could be is that it just dosent support my graphics card. Or the settings on it are wrong.

Can't always count on that, Valves source games doesn't support my graphics card but I can play every mod and game except garrys mod :D

well, would you happen to know of any other good games like fable that i might want to play, or CAN play on my laptop.

Morrowind, Oblivion, Fallout 3, The Witcher, 2 Worlds.

Not exactly like fable but they're RPGs

do you think oblivion will work on my laptop, i have morrowind already.

If you can't play fable, maybe because of graphics-related problems, there's no guarantee Oblivion would run smoothly even on the lowest settings. Same for F3, idk about the Witcher though.

Try it though, great game.:D

Ok i just ran that test to see if the game would play and it says that it should. My computer is over the reccomended requirements and it passed all the tests. Now im really confused.

Try reinstalling it... Probably won't work, but... Worth a shot.
