..do you have Fable Explorer open? Because if you do, (Which I see it is) You need to click (Save Mods and Run Fable) To run fable with Fable explorer open. Other wise it will keep giving you that error

Yeah solved the problem.

But... The only will skills I can level up now are Lightning and Force push.
