Fairfax Castle?

ok so i bough fairfax castle and i want to rent it out to obtain a higher rent? is this not possible? I bought it and it said buy and move in. It honestly doesnt matter if I can't rent it but how do i then turn it into my marital home cause that option isnt there...............

You cannot rent it out. To set it to your marital home you have to be engaged.

but i am engaged.... our current marital home is the will users home (homestead)....

the only option i get when i click on the sign is back.... so set as marital home option there...

Your spouse must follow you to the castle. Only then will the option appear.

no... sorry for the mix up. i am married.... and i have never needed to have my wife follow me before ( i think)

If you moved your family to a different house, you most definitely had your wife follow you there.
