Fairfax tomb ?

Fairfax tomb ?

I've just got Fairfax castle and I noticed in the garden there is a tomb with a blue square outside and its on the right side of the garden and i cant open the gates and so I was wondering how to get in there

um it has a blue square outside the ones you stand on to open things normally and when i click on the gates theyre purple it says locked so I think so im not sure though ^^

It is either lady greys tomb, or the fairfax tomb.

If it is lady greys, then do the love hurts quest.
If it is fairfax, then do the castles quest.

Is the castle quest the defending it one ?

If you stand in Fairfax Gardens facing the castle, the building on the left is Lady Grey's Tomb. The building to the right is Fairfax Tomb, where alchemist Leo Head, who built Castle Fairfax, is buried.
The entrance to Fairfax Tomb is a hidden tunnel behind a bookshelf in the library of the castle. The fenced-off building with the blue square is the Fairfax Tomb exit. You emerge from that building and step on the blue square to get out.

do you get to the tomb after getting the sex change potion ?

ok so you have to beat the quest that runs through the fairfax tomb to get to the blue switch outside the castle. that might've already been stated.

as for the locked gate in the tomb... I'm looking at it in 1st person, and I really don't see it going anywhere. I think it's just there to look like another access point into the tomb. I've scoured the castle and the tomb for a way to open it, and I'm not seeing anything.

you could make the assumption that since it says "this door is locked" that the dev's put something in there to open it. or maybe they just made it look that way because if they just put a blank gate there, you might get even more ****ed. nonetheless, if anyone finds a way to open it, please shoot me a message on XBox live. pretty sure my gamertag shows up on here.

to enter fairfax tomb you must sleep in the castle a quest will be activated about the castle being under attack follow the quest line and all will become clear

wait. I lied. when you finish the Fairfax tomb, you end up in the cemetary. My fault. at least... when I ran through it the second time I ended up there. pretty sure when you do Lady Gray's tomb, you end up on that blue switch.

my fault!

Dunno if this has been answered yet but here's my answer.

On the Love Hurts quest, at the end you have to go into the tomb on the left as you approach the castle (the entrance is open for you at this time), and when you go all the way through it, you come out of the opposite tomb at the pressure pad.

i suggest to everyone you do the love hurts quest and
stick around so lady grey falls inlove with you
simply becuase she has a bick rack =]

thats not fairfax tomb because you wouldve gone into it for the castle quest (which you dont you come out in the cemetary somewhere)

Okay, i went through Lady Grey's tomb and in the main chamber, where in the "Love Hurts" quest SPOILER!: where you find her head. i cant seem to get out of there. i tried going up the archway behind her resting place but its just full of cement and stuff. any idea how i get out of there to get into the next gate in fairfax gardens?
