Fairfax Trouble

Whenever I get a wife and set the Fairfax Castle as my marital home, she ends up disappearing -_-...along with my child. I have The Rescue quest active (meaning I can do it, not that I am doing it) and there's no point because they're not there. This is so aggravating, it happens all the time...I can't move there, I can't start out there...I don't know what to, but now I know that I can't set my marital home as the Fairfax Castle...Mansion...I don't know. Just wondering if there's anything I can do, if they'll divorce me still or if they'll reappear or if I can find them...anything at all would be nice. Sympathy?...hahaha

Re: Fairfax Trouble

Hahaha I dunno man. I'm full evil so my wife runs in terror from me every time she sees me. I'm probably not the best person for relationship advice. Have you checked your family status under the QUESTS/MAPS screen?

Re: Fairfax Trouble

I have...and she's very happy...well, I turned the allowance to 0, so that's unhappy, but it's still the "Darling, Our child is dumb and thought it would be okay to go into the Hobbe Cave in Rookridge so she could be an adventurer like you-_-" (that's not what it says, I'm just being facetious). And I think it's going to be like that forever. That's what I get for trying to end it then -_-. I already started a whole new game over this too...I'm so aggravated, I guess I'll just let it be, since there's nothing I can seem to do

Re: Fairfax Trouble

Yeah I've had a lot of problems with glitches too. This game has made me paranoid. My first character became permanently unable to move. I could teleport and that's it. Another character was incapable of saving the first trip to the tattered spire. I finished the game with my third but I went slow and gave everything plenty of time to load. This game is a true testament as to why some things should not be rushed to store shelves.

Re: Fairfax Trouble

I agree with you completely
