FAST THREAD!!: Need a scruffy looking man

I need a Scruffy looking man for my displacement quest, I think Scruffy means beggerish, right? Any idea where to find that. While waiting for an answer I'll just have sex with my bandit wife and cheat on her

I would think it'd be a Beggar you can normally find one at the Bowerstone bridge just chillin looking for Handouts.. Or in Bloodstone.

Not in bloodstone yet, do you think a bandit from westcliff would work?

Maybe, not exactly sure. You can try it though. But then again why would Bandits want Bandits as slaves?

Why would they want a beggar as a slave?

Anyway, 32 inches, 3 meters away and no glasses still managed to find the only beggar in bowerstone. Thanks for the help.
