Favorite Genre of Music?

Just wanted to see what everyone's favorite type of music is...mine's probably a tie between metal and rock. Vote on the poll, discuss, whatever.

I`d say mine are Heavy Metal, Hard Rock, Power Metal... Alternative Metal.
But I listen to all genres really, it`s the song that matters, but these four are the best.
Actually, Industrial Jungle ***** Punk is great too, but only one band does it so...

Id have to say Metal definately though i like Metal/Nu Metal/Heavy Metal/Rock etc (you get the idea).

Classic rock all the way, it's how every other type of rock started. Technically, blues is what started it all.

We got Neil Young, The Who, Led Zeppelin, The Eagles, Jimi Hendrix, etc.

My favourite genre is Industrial... but that's not on your poll... I like some Punk as well... but that's not on your poll either... so I guess I'd have to say Metal as that's the only one you mentioned :wacko:

Yeah, it really depends, but genres I don`t like are Jazz and Blues... don`t know why.
Anyway, I think Children of Bodom - Living Dead Beat is one of my all time favourites.

Yes, their Resident Evil movie soundtrack is great. They are very good, I only know a couple of songs tho. And whats more, don`t want to be racist or anything, but the singer is black. Thats something you don`t see everyday... They are special

Yea that is kinda weird to see a black man in a metal band, but hey they're good regardless...I really like My Last Serenade...awesome guitar and drums

Children of Bodom does have great instrumentals...

Many bands have the thing where music is great, but the singer just ruins the whole song, it`s a shame really.

Yea that's true...You ever heard All That Remains? Most of their vocals are decent but sometimes it kinda ruins it.

DEATH METAL any metals sgood but death metal is more fun and the name has a certain vibe to it like, "come near me with your insults i slice your face" yeahhhh its good
