Fell through floor during relationship quest. Can't get out.

Hey, I fast traveled to Brightwood and fell through the floor rather than appearing on solid ground. I can't fast travel, and I'm too invested in the game to start over. Has a patch been announced or anything?

If I find a fix, I'll let you guys know. Clearing your cache does not help.
