They turn up at midnight every night, at each location, but you have to do the Oakvale one first, then Bowerstone, then the Bandit Camp and then Knothole Glade. But I might be wrong about the order...

roll around the "master fighter" at the last guy you fight at the area,lot easier.the knothole glade boss,is REALLY hard.you have to keep punching his for 5 sec's after you get outa the ring,its near impossible if you don't punch him in the back.

I never know. I think Oakvale is the first place they are. Or is it someplace else.
They go places that have little fighting rings. If my memory serves me correctly the places are
Oakvale
Knothole Glade
Twin Blades Camp
Bowerstone Quay.
Not sure if there's more. But they're there

Bowerstone Quay Night-ish, Oakvale Ring Night-ish, The bandit camp Ring, then Knothole Glade ring, at the end you get to fight the Chief, I can never win him..
All of the rings is in that order, you get a Recomendation or something after you beat all the leaders.
