weel this is my first sig i ever made (acyually where i put some effort in so not really first xD)


here it is it is from left 4 dead

^lol so your avatar is from left 4 dead. i thought it was some heritech from assasins creed eating a guys heart or something. the zombie looks spanish. What kind of thing your using? gimp, paint.net, photoshop? if so photoshop(as i know of) blur tool is your friend so use it on the borders of renders to make them look more in the picture instead of slapped on. but good work for a first time +rep

This is nice for a first one. However, a few tips:

• Using more than one render is a bad idea. It makes this image looks cluttered and distracts the viewer from the main focal.
• Don't mix font types.
• Ensure that all images are high quality (the L4D logo is the main issue here).

Other than that you're good. The colours are nice, but it's lacking in interestingnes. Try building up some kind of background next time?

the left 4 dead logo isnt bad quality its green in between that is why it looks crappy and it nooks to look a bit crappy cuz those are drippy characters (hope it is the right word ) XD i got the logo from the L4D website. lol and the background is actually the tank but thnx for tips

oh and archon i use photoshop CS 4 and where can I find the blur tool??

EDIT ; made some more shades and on some places a bit lighter i think it looks a bit better now

blur tool is on the far left with the paintbrush and such. looks like a raindrop

Paint.NET owns it.
It's exactly the same, really but easier to use and free.

nah i just use photshop cuz you can have far more brushes and such and it is easy to use with an drawing tablet.

No, I used Paint.NET to make my signature using a handy tutorial and playing with effects. Took like 3 - 5 mins. Very beginner friendly ^_^.

meh found photoshop on my computer love it i also downloaded for some unknown reason paint.net and gimp. i find photoshop best with many options to do things and has more than paint.net and there is more brushes and dadadada and it has layers and how and what kind of impact two images are put together. In all i have only photoshop cs2 and i find it better.

well yes at the beginning when i found photoshop i was like huh?!?!....after a few hours you get used to it and it becomes much easier.

Photoshop has layers as well. However, what REALLY separates Photoshop and Paint.NET are probably Filters.
